GSC everywhere App Reviews

Seeing as the GCS website is not mobile friendly I would have thought the app would include features like searching claims history. App is only good for submitting 1 of 10 types of submissions online like on website. This app is not inclusive enough of the website features and functionality in this version.

The coolest app in the world. Super easy and efficient. Submitting claims is a breeze. Best of all, the app stores your card for you... One less thing to worry about.

First the fonts needs to be changed...they are light grey and narrow and very difficult to read. At least on the web site version I can zoom the page to view the text. I cant do that on the app. This app would be unusable for anybody who is visually impaired. Second, the app doesnt remember my password. Third, the claim summary after completing the submission doesnt fit on one page...I have to scroll around to view the summary. I can take a single screen snapshot on the website version for my records...I cant on this app. Fix these three items and I will give it 4 stars. Right now the app is useless to me because I cant read it without glasses or take single screen snapshots of my submissions. App has been deleted.

This app is missing many features found on the web page. I tried to make a claim for an eye exam, but this category doesnt exist in the app. Pretty much useless.

I really like the idea of being able to submit a claim on the go, but the one thing that I want this app for, it doesnt seem capable of managing. Mind you, I only tried twice (but how often should I have to try?)

Great app. Love the ID card feature. Will never have to hunt for it again.

I appreciate the creation of the app, but its gotta work! When Ive submitted claims the app crashes and so there is no way of knowing if it was sent. Then because you cant look over claim history, you have to log in online and check. Fix the bugs and create a better user experience.

Was so excited to see GSC finally got with the times and made a mobile app. Unfortunately, every time I try to submit a claim, it says "error". Whats the point of the app if I can never actually submit any claims? So over all GSC has a very unfriendly mobile website and their app doesnt work. Either way submitting is frustrating.

I like to file a copy of my submitted claim forms. The app does not give you the option to print the claim confirmation page once youve submitted it.

Cant do anything except 3 things in the app. File a claim, see benefits card and see if your drugs are covered. What a waste of someone creating this app. It has NOTHING like the website. Ill continue to use the website to do all my stuff seeing the app allows you to do nothing. I cant believe Green Shield would be so excited to launch something this pitiful.

You still need to go to the website to execute the much needed features missing in this app.

This app would be way more beneficial if you could see your account balances. As of right now, the app is useless to me.

Not being able to see claim history definitely reduces the usefulness of the app. The interface is great, but it crashes every time I try to submit a claim from the iPad mini. Works from my much older iPhone 4s, running iOs 7, though.

This app has promise, and I look forward to using it once the bugs are worked out. Currently, the ID card is not formatted to fit my iPhone screen. I cant see the whole number, so it is no good to me at this point.

Crashes every time when submitting a claim. At least the claim went through, but I do want to applaud the developer for making the app consistent, as in consistently crashes 100% of the time.

Just installed the latest release. The only initial problem (crashing after claim submission) has now been fixed. There are also new features that have been added that make this app extremely useful and a must have if you are a GSC plan member. Great job Green Shield!

It says Im using an incorrect username or password, even though the exact same credentials work fine on the website. I was mindful of case sensitivity, too. Like everything GSC, this leaves me disappointed, but not surprised.

This app could be so much better, such as the ability to search a submitted claim. As it stands, I really have no use for it other than to see my card, which I carry in my wallet anyhow. I also checked off the option to remember me on my device but it still asks me to log in every time I launch the app.
